GIMP, GIMP and GIMP again! This time I've used the ink tool. It's funny because you don't need to be so precise. I love the "blur" effect.

Many thanks to *dreamworldstudio for the line art :) .

Adoro questo genere. E' una vita che cerco di trovare un modo che mi piace per farlo.

Ok, first of all you need a new resizable brush. Follow this tutorial to do so: [link]

I have created two brushes for myself: one with hard edges, and another with soft ones.

Remember to select them before drawing around. They have a blue arrow icon on the bottom right.

[optional] Next, you need to remap the shortcuts to suit your needs: File-> Preferences->Interface->Shortcuts.

[optional] Also File-> Preferences->Input Devices lets you decide what happens when you use mouse buttons (for example zoom-in and out with the mouse-wheel).

Now you have to "fix" the color picker tool. Click on it and check "Sample Merged" (if you don't do it, the color picker will sample only colors in the layer you are using).

Now you should be ready to go! ^_^
