If you can't find the wet effect there is no problem.

The important thing is the constant use of the eyedropper tool ;) .

This is so helpfull... you cant imagine how much ive wanted to find something like this... now i can do lineart that looks decent (well the lines will ;ook awsome and maybe some of the colors but i guess the drawing will always be crappy) grazie, grazie
